The Cheathan Crew was formed basic in 1998 with P.P.Dee on drums, Olaf Schubert on guitar and me, Fatha Funk, on bass. It was Olaf`s idea for me to sing lead vocals, because I like to play bass and dance at the same time..... Thanks Olaf ! Until now, we didn`t have a steady and distinctive sound, we played covers (James Brown, Cameo, etc.) That change over the years to the totaly original music, BUT IT`s STILL FUNKY, Baby. We do hope that our music will make you know your lead , snap your fingers , stomp your feet , get on up and dance , do whatever to let your vibe flow through - because rythem is life and live is rythem IF NOT , plase let us know , what`s on your heart !
